We handle every image with the utmost care and respect.
Your photos are never stored, sold, or used for any purpose other than creating your personalised book.
They are also automatically deleted from our servers after processing.

What is the delivery time ?
The creation and shipping process takes between 6 to 9 business days.
Is the book durable for children ?
Yes, we offer both softcover and hardcover options, with 150gsm pages. It is designed to accompany your child for years.
What if I’m not satisfied ?
We will reprint or refund any error on our part. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Why is the price higher than a regular book ?
Because this is a unique copy, created especially for your child and printed on demand.
What is your return and refund policy ?
Since each book is fully personalized and created especially for you, we cannot accept returns in cases of customer error (incorrect photo, wrong information provided, etc.).
However, if the mistake comes from us, we will of course correct it and send you a new book at no additional cost.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at magicbook.fr@gmail.com and include a photo of the issue along with your order number.
We will send you a replacement.
Order cancellation :
You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a modification or cancellation. After this period, the order enters production and can no longer be canceled.
