Dispatch Time

Delivery Method
Deliveries within the UK are handled by Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide. For international deliveries, we use FedEx or national postal services in the destination country.
To ensure smooth processing and the stated delivery time, we kindly ask you to provide all delivery-related information, particularly the exact delivery address as well as any access code for the delivery address, and to provide us with your telephone number so that the courier can contact you.
Important: When validating your order, it is essential to provide an accurate shipping address. Failing this, delivery will automatically be made to the billing address provided.
Please note that if the billing address does not correspond to your receiving location and the parcel is delivered to that address, we will not be able to process a refund.
We encourage you to carefully check your information before finalising your order to avoid any inconvenience. For any questions or assistance, our customer service remains at your disposal.
Restrictions
However, it is not possible for the customer to choose the carrier. No deliveries are made on Bank Holidays and Sundays. Certain areas are not served on Saturdays.
Signature
A signature may be requested upon delivery. Please take this into account when choosing your delivery address.
Processing of Undelivered Parcels by Carriers
These are parcels that have not been delivered to the customer for the following reasons: Does Not Live at the Address Indicated (NPAI), Unclaimed parcel, Refused parcel, Storage period exceeded, Transport damage, Theft...
NPAI (Does Not Live at Address Indicated)
These are parcels returned by the delivery service provider for the following reason: incomplete or incorrect address.
Unclaimed or Storage Period Exceeded
These are parcels not collected by customers at the collection point within the specified time limits.
Refused
These are parcels refused by customers at the time of delivery by the transport service provider.
Refund Policy for Undelivered Parcels:
After receipt of returns for reasons "NPAI", "Unclaimed", "Storage period exceeded" or "Refused", a credit voucher will be credited to the customer account used to place the order within 7 days following receipt of the returned parcel.
